Steampunk Skirt Version One

I had a lot of fun designing this skirt.  It is made from a lovely pleather that has been in my stash for a while and when I was looking for a fabric to bring my design to life with, it just jumped out at me!  This lovely skirt is floor length, and goes about 2 inches above my natural waist.  The back (which you can't see) laces up.  It features 16 rivets with chain attached between and 6 beads hand sewn on the front.  I started the design on September 17th and put the final touches on it September 19th, which is quite an achievement considering that this includes starting with the initial design concept to ending with a finished product.
